The D/LAB Carbon Tail is the rear fuselage component engineered to pair perfectly with all Duotone D/LAB front wings creating a near one-piece glider feel with unmatched stiffness and efficiency.

Its standout feature is the “invisible” M6 connection system, cleverly hidden beneath the mast. This design eliminates exposed bolt heads, resulting in cleaner hydrodynamics, reduced drag, and a sleek, uninterrupted carbon profile.

Constructed from high modulus carbon, each tail delivers maximum stiffness with minimal weight, ensuring direct feedback and precise control across all disciplines.

Tail Length Options & Ride Characteristics

• 37cm Tail (≈ 60cm fuselage feel)
  Ultra-reactive and loose. Designed for advanced riders seeking tight turns, explosive pop, and a highly dynamic ride.
• 43cm Tail (≈ 66cm fuselage feel)
  The perfect balance. Blends maneuverability with control and glide—ideal for most riders and conditions.
• 47cm Tail (≈ 70cm fuselage feel)
  Maximum stability and control at speed. Best suited for high-performance setups like the Blitz D/LAB and fast downwind or powered riding.

Advanced Connection System

The D/LAB Tail connects to the front wing using a robust bolt configuration:

• 37cm & 43cm: Two M8 + one M6 bolts
• 47cm: Two M6 bolts

This setup creates a rigid, single-piece glider feel, comparable to fully integrated designs like Duotone Daytona foils.

For added performance, Blitz D/LAB wings can utilize an optional fourth M6 screw for enhanced stability and control at high speeds. Other D/LAB wings include a clean plug to maintain the streamlined design.
